We are dealing with a recently refurbished building wit a modern façade, it counts with 57 outside windowed double rooms, which are remarkably functional and have a minimalist design. Common areas invite our guests to comfort and leisure.

Our hotel is really easy to find, and it is really convenient for business travellers and those who are dimply enjoying their holidays.

Also, we have rooms and lounges to celebrate any possible rception or banquet with a maximum capacity of 80-90 people.

Guarantee Terms and Conditions

As hotel prices can change frequently, you must contact us promptly by email priceguarantee@hotelerum.com, but in any event within 24 hours of purchasing your hotel room through el hotel. Your email should include the following information: your name, el hotel reservation number and the website where the lower rate is available. Incomplete or inaccurate emails will not be taken into account.

The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings.

The guarantee only applies in respect of a lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when el hotel validate your claim, within the 24 hour period, screen shots will not be accepted as proof.

The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same hotel as booked through el hotel on the same check-in and check-out dates with the same booking conditions.

The lower rate must be in the same currency.

el hotel will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through el hotel is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show.

If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest rate guarantee terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation policy are still applicable.

Lowest Rate Guarantee does not apply to hotel rooms purchased through or in combination with membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other "reward" type programs or special promotions of the hotel where the booking is made. Lower rates available through opaque sites where the exact hotel isn't known until after booking are also excluded from the guarantee.
